In definition SOAP, which stands for Simple Object Access Protocol, is a lightweight protocol that is primarily used to send and receive data in a decentralized and distributed environment. In nature, SOAP is XML based, which is composed three different parts: the envelope that defines the framework that specifies a framework, which describes the content of the message and how it should be processed.

It also specifies or describes the set of codes or rules that expresses the instances of the application defined data types. SOAP is also used to specify the conventions for representing the remote processes for calls as well as responses. Now, here a PHP SOAP tutorial on how to use SOAP with PHP:

Step 1– Create a SOAP Server

The SOAP server is the scrip that will fetch all the data from the database and then into the Client. This also allows you to create the WSDL document. To do this, you must first create a function that will enable you to catch data that you want. This is plain PHP, you just have to create one like you would with any other. Just make sure to name the function as something that has sense because this is going to be the name of the Client is going to use when contacting the server.

Step 2– Turn the Function into Web Service

Now, it is time to turn this function into a web service. You need to include the NuSOAP library and then instantiate the soap_server class. After this you may not register the function with the server. To register the function, you would have to pass a few parameters into the register method. First you need to register the name. Second is to determine the input parameters to the functions that you are registering, and third is to register the method that identifies the return type of the registered function.

After the registration, you now a fully working SOAP server, you and your Client can now connect to it to request and to send data. You can bring out the page that is giving you a link to the WSDL doc for the server. If you clink on this, you would be shown that the resulting document is not in XML. Read the document and you will notice that it describes what happens to the requests as well as how it response your SOAP service.

Are you tired of everyday office life? Well, most of people are. It’s quite understandable. When you were at school and college you must have thought things would be different after studies. But in most cases people end up with the same and even worse schedule.

Nothing except the institution changes, minus the fun you had with your friends while in college and school. Office work is too demanding and many people cannot balance their personal and professional lives leading to an ever increasing divorce rate.

Just because you have to go to office, you cannot attend your kid’s first solo performance in school. There are so many other things which an everyday office goer misses on. Work from home can be a way out from this situation. Some companies offer work at home to reduce the overhead costs i9n maintaining a work place and other big and small expenses on an employee.

They do not have to erect big buildings to accommodate employees. Then there are no expenses on food, furniture, medical bills and transportation. They simply assign work to employees online and provide a dead line. The employee gets many benefits as well.

He/she can manage time properly and utilize it in other chores.

Some people may take multiple online jobs to increase the income.

Some of them might take it as an opportunity to study further in free time.

No office means you can be your own boss and work whenever and however you want as far as you complete it before deadline.

You can even take your work to a vacation spot. Since the work in most cases requires a computer with internet connectivity, you can carry it anywhere.

Working mothers can take care of their children and earn simultaneously. Nobody wants to send their kids to day care centers. With the freedom of working from home you can see your child grow.

There is lot more that work from home has to offer to the employees. It empowers you to utilize your time constructively and efficiently. In some way you are helping in the fight against pollution. Your vehicle produces smoke and pollutants when you daily travel to the office and come back from it. When you work from home you do your bit for the noble cause.

Precautions

Like any other thing, if such jobs are not done properly, it can have devastating effects on your financial and thus personal life. Such jobs require passion and focus both. Do not get drown with the luxuries of life at home and complete the work before deadlines. It improves your reputation as an efficient work from home employee.

There are chances of getting bored while working continuously from home. To overcome this problem, take breaks in between and meet friends and family members. Another good option is choosing a job that involves your hobby or interest. There is a wide spectrum of work from home jobs and you can easily find a work of your interest. I for instance love writing and took up the job of a content writer. There are good websites like www.work-from-home.com where you can find quality information about such jobs.

Work fro home has many benefits to offer. For more information please visit www.work-from-home.com
